At Kay Orchid Flask Factory, although we were looking permanently satisfy our customers, our ability to serve you remains dependent on the availability of products offered. Placing an order
This site has been designed so as to make ordering our products as easy and convenient as possible. Command Change

Order cancellation or withdrawal

Pre-orders and exhibitions

Delivery problems
Orders are processed from saturday to the week (except in the case of exhibitions or performances which will be indicated on the site).
In case of holiday, bridge or performance, orders will be processed the following week.
Please note that deliveries are made throughout the year. If the time is inadequate, we can keep the order on hold until further notice. Your order will go under the status of "awaiting for adverse weather conditions" and will be shipped as soon as the temperatures become adequate again. If you still wish to receive your order if it is pending, you take full responsibility for it and will not be compensated for worries about the plants / flasks. Kay Orchid Flask Factory can not be held responsible for degradation and / or mortality of plants / flasks due to transport and / or temperatures.
The vials usually arrive with scattered agar and are to be taken out immediately or to be transplanted under 2j maximum.
For the withdrawals on the spot, they will be made to the indicated address or to the station RER A Neuilly Plaisance or Paris (to contact us before) on RDV. Visitors are not admitted to the premises.
Delivery and removal on site
Orders are processed within 72 hours from Monday to Wednesday until 11 am (except exhibitions or performances that will be shown on the site).
In case of holiday, bridge or representation, orders will be processed the following week.
Please note that deliveries are made throughout the year. If you judge inadequate, we can keep the order on hold until further notice. Kay Orchid Flask Factory can not be held responsible for damage and / or death of plants / flasks after transport.
The bottles usually arrive with agar and are scattered out immediately or transplanting in 2d maximum.
For withdrawals there, they will be at the address indicated (contact us before). Visitors are not admitted in the premises.
For any shipment outside France, a suitable service provider will take over your package and these times may vary. Thanks for taking it into account.
In case of a change of delivery point when your package is en route and / or ready to be sent, we invite you to contact us and / or get closer to the desired service.
for residents outside of France, live shipments (plants / bottles) can be made by Colissimo but the arrival condition of the goods cannot be guaranteed and not supported if deterioration is noted due to the duration and / or outside temperature.
In case of return parcel (not collected, wrong address, other), if you are not responsible, the return or full refund will be made. In the event of an error on your part, only the products will be refunded and / or returned to you with the postage paid again
Note: Packages containing plants and/or flasks are considered living things. Their viability is not guaranteed with transportation.
In case of frost or high temperatures, damage may be visible and we are not responsible.
Abusive behavior
Abusive behavior of any kind are unacceptable under operating standards Kay Orchid Flask Factory. We strive with all my heart that your orders are treated with the utmost diligence and although it is possible that human errors occur, ordering on Kay Orchid Flask Factory does not in any way anyone to treat our employees any abusive manner.
