Out of flask orchids : Nurturing Baby Orchids and Watching Them Thrive

Bottle output

When the plants out of their bottle?

when your seedlings usually reach the top of the cover (having taken appropriate boxes), it will be time to take them out.

We will see here several methods depending on the container and the different substrates.

Plastic box

1 - Open the box and take out the seedlings.

4 - place them on paper towels or newspaper

5 - place them in a suitable substrate (depending on the culture of it) and in a warm, moist environment.

My recommendation:

you built previously a germination chamber / culture, it is time to exploit the growth of your plants babies!

Once your potted seedlings with the proper substrate, place them in a mini greenhouse or storage boxes like Ikea (ref. Semla). Put some fertilizers, an identification tag and close your box.

Place it under a neon and you impressive results in no time.
